Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn and unaltered, with all original tags and labels attached. Please get in touch before sending anything back — returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
The following are not eligible for return: items showing signs of wear or damage, items with tags or labels removed, made-to-order pieces, and worn earrings.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We will request cancellation of the card charge within the same period; the credit may take additional days to appear depending on your card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size, or a different colour of the same item at the same price, are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please get in touch to confirm availability before returning your item.
Repairs
We offer repairs on select pieces on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with photographs and a description of the damage — we will advise from there. Repairs typically take 10–14 days from collection; additional time may be required depending on materials and the nature of the work. Any repair or shipping costs will be confirmed and charged before work begins.

반품
배송 완료일로부터 7일 이내에 반품을 신청하실 수 있습니다. 반품 상품은 미착용·미세탁 상태로, 모든 택 및 라벨이 그대로 부착되어 있어야 합니다. 상품 발송 전 반드시 먼저 연락해 주시기 바랍니다. 사전 승인 없이 발송된 반품은 접수되지 않습니다.
다음에 해당하는 상품은 반품이 불가합니다: 착용·훼손 흔적이 있는 상품, 택 또는 라벨이 제거된 상품, 주문 제작 상품, 착용된 귀걸이.
반품 상품 수령 및 검수 완료 후 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 환불을 처리해 드립니다. 동일 기간 내에 카드사에 취소 요청을 진행하며, 실제 반영 시점은 카드사 처리 일정에 따라 추가 소요될 수 있습니다. 배송비는 상품 불량 또는 오배송의 경우를 제외하고 환불되지 않습니다.
교환
사이즈 교환 또는 동일 상품의 동일 판매가 기준 색상 교환은 배송 완료 후 7일 이내, 재고가 있는 경우에 한해 가능합니다. 상품 반송 전 재고 여부 확인을 위해 먼저 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.
수선
일부 상품에 한해 수선 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 사진과 함께 상세 내용을 아래 연락처로 보내주시면 검토 후 안내드리겠습니다. 수선은 수거 후 통상 영업일 기준 10–14일 소요되며, 수선 자재 및 항목에 따라 추가 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다. 수선비·택배비 등 고객 부담 비용이 발생하는 경우 사전 안내 후 결제 완료 시 수선이 진행됩니다.
